Week 1 - Thursday Night Preseason Review

NO vs Jac - Not a lot to look at in this game.  Cody Kessler looked good, but so did Bortles.  Don't be surprised if Kessler takes the starting job at some point during the season.

Car vs Buf - Great to see Allen on the field for the first time, but he struggled.  We are watching him closely as this may be the biggest draft pick of the year.

Pit vs Phi - Absolutely nothing came out of this game from TCP point of view.  Neither team was willing to show anything.

Chi vs Cin - Trubisky struggled, but he played limited snaps.  Way to early to say anything about him other than he will make or break Chi this year.  Dalton looked good for Cin, but he was terrible last year.  We will see if he has a come back year.

Cle vs NYG - This was a great game to follow.  Mayfield looked good.  Barkley had an amazing run.  Lets hope Cle does not put the curse on Mayfield.  NYG has a stud in Barkley.

TB vs Mia - Tannehill is back.  But does it really change anything for Mia?  And, TB is without a QB for the first 4 games.  They are going to struggle this year again.

LAR vs Bal - LAR did not show anything and did not play starters.  But, Bal is showing L. Jackson may be a real threat to Flacco.  But, don't expect a change in QB anytime soon.

Wash vs NE - Terrible news in that Guice is out for the year with a torn ACL.  He could have been the boost Wash needed this year.  For NE, like Billacek is going to show anything.

Tenn vs GB - Can Tenn make the payoffs or has their luck ran out.  The early TCP prediction is that the luck has run out.  GB and Rogers seem to have a different attitude, but lets see how long it lasts.

Hou vs KC - Two teams that have a huge upside with Watson and JJ coming back this year for Hou and Mahomes for KC showing enough last year in practice to get Smith traded.  These are two teams we will be watching closely.

Ind vs Sea - Luck is back and looking good while Sea needs to move past Carroll and realize the Legion of Doom is over.

Dal vs SF - Same old story for Dal, great O-line, but how will the D perform.  Can  Garoppolo maintain the momentum from last year?  It will be tough.
